Frequently Asked Questions
Everything technicians ask before joining the LeadsPro network.
+How much does it cost to join the LeadsPro network?
Nothing. There are no signup fees, no monthly fees, no lead fees, and no contracts. You only pay a commission after a job is completed and you've been paid by the customer.
+How do I get paid?
You collect payment from the customer directly, just like any other job. After the job closes and the customer pays, you remit our agreed commission from the profit.
+What if a customer doesn't buy?
You owe absolutely nothing. If the customer decides not to move forward, the appointment costs you your time and drive — that's it. No lead fee, no penalty.
+How are leads qualified?
Our 24/7 US-based dispatch team answers every incoming call. We confirm the service they need, the address, the timing, and their intent to hire. Only qualified appointments get booked on your calendar.
+How are appointments delivered?
No apps, no logins, no mess. Our dispatch team simply calls or texts you to confirm each appointment, along with the customer's name, address, service requested, and any notes from the intake call.
+Do I have to accept every appointment?
No. You set your service area, your hours, and your capacity. If you're full, we route the next job to another partner in the area.
+What trades do you work with?
We recruit across most residential home service trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, appliance repair, handyman, painting, flooring, roofing, and many more. See our Services page for the full list.
+What areas do you cover?
We operate nationwide across all 50 states. Coverage in specific cities depends on how many partners we have in that market — many cities have open capacity right now.
+What's the commission rate?
It varies by trade and job size, and is agreed on before you take your first appointment. It is always a share of profit on completed jobs — never a fee on the appointment itself.
+Do I have to be licensed and insured?
Requirements vary by trade and state. For most licensed trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing) we require you to be properly licensed and insured. For general services we require basic liability coverage.
+Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. There is no long-term contract and no minimum job volume. You can pause or leave at any time.
+How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack, or HomeAdvisor?
Those platforms charge you per lead — whether the lead closes or not. We do the opposite: no lead fees, no monthly subscription. You only pay when you actually earn revenue from a completed job.
